FINEPLACER® ERS20

FINETECH's new rework station for customers needing a real FINEPLACER® with fixed configuration at low costs. Easy operation makes this machine a reliable instrument for small scale series assembly or precise rework of soldered components on medium size SMD boards.

Equipped with sophisticated COMISS reflow module for the top heating and localized bottom heating.

High accuracy [20 µm (0.8 mil) placement accuracy] allows to use this machine for smallest components with pitch of down to 200 µm. On the other hand, the large field of view [] makes it possible to align large components, e.g. "Super BGA", with side lenths of up to 45 mm.
