Over 4,000 pick & place machines were sold world wideincluding ECM83, ECM85, DD-1,ECM8400,ECM93,HYPER-X,ECM97 , ECM99 and Luna series etc. since 1980
Small foot print pick & place machine is suitable fortoday's CELL production system and market demandincreases rapidly.

Total bump plater shipped out were more than 200 unitsincluding CW2,CW3,AP5,AP10 and dedicated machines.Those were supplied in major semiconductormanufacturers world wide.
