Image processing
Phoenix|x-ray offers a modular set of
application-oriented image processing tools. The user interfaces are
optimised for ease and speed of operation. The automated inspection
requires only a minimum of set-up time.
image|optimiser
- includes a PC running on a WINDOWS NT operating system and provides a range of image processing functions most commonly used in a production environment.
- includes all capabilities of the image|optimiser plus auto-positioning control (APC) .
For special inspection tasks the following accesories are available:
bga|module
- developed for the convenient inspection of BGA and CSP assemblies. The software’s unique “Auto-Teach” mode automatically configures the software to the array under inspection.
- especially designed for the automatic analysis of the die-attach in IC packaging or similar interconnections.
