Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) regulations continue to mount while
lead-free solder pastes have proven to be more tenacious. Some suppliers

(CAS) Certification requires that chemistries contain no more than 25
grams per liter of VOCs, down from 50 grams per liter just a few years
